A trio of Lunar images taken: 16/08/14

I won't lie - after attempting an imaging session on Uranus that failed miserably due to very poor seeing and my inexperience with imaging the planet i decided there was nothing else for it but to image the moon once again! The 3 images are of: Aristoteles and Eudoxus (My two favorite craters); Plato and it's surroundings and the two Lunar scars Rima Hyginus & Rima Ariadaeus.

I'm sure you will get Uranus eventually, however, what you have here are three splendid areas of our nearest  neighbour,

A more rewarding target in my opinion.

I just never get tired of seeing good images of the Moon.

You did a good job here, well done :icon_salut: :icon_salut:.

Ron.
