Which or what mod has being done to my 900nc?

Heya guys so i picked up a 900nc or atleast ots flashed to one used of a sale ages ago. It looks like it has the amp off/on mod with a toggle switch and also has 2 leads going to a mic cable. I'am guessing this is used for the LTP printer control of it? Heres some pics anyhow so maybe you guys can work out whats being done? I would like to have it so i can control expouser with a serial to usb so i can put it to use as a all sky cam.

Well found the mod its bassed on the 4011

How do i convert this to serial? This way i can use a hub to control the camera and shutter.
