Parhelion in colour

Folks just been outside wishing the daylight away for......no particular reason

and noticed that our star had a Tri-coloured companion to its immediate left.

Nothing on the other side and no obvious halo to see just a little rainbow-like Parhelion

against the thin cloud on one side.

Stop press:

                      It's back, and looking more like an attempt at a 360 degree rainbow than a halo

I currently have around 100 degrees unbroken to the left hand side in colour and around 20 degrees

in white to upper right.

Sol is about 8 degrees above my cluttered western horizon.
