Sun 18/4/14 What did i see??

Hi all

I was out today solar viewing, while I was positioning the sun in the viewfinder and before I had attached my camera I saw what looked like to me a sun spot traversing the sun in a arc like path?? this started around the 7 o'clock position  until it disappeared somewhere what I would say was between the 12 and 1'oclock position, I carried on viewing for a while to see if anything reappeared but nothing did?? 

can anyone shed any light on what this could have been or was I just imagining things??

I have marked out a rough path this ?? took on the first picture the best I can

More than likely a weather balloon ...

Depending how long it took to traverse?  It is quite an arc, especially if it was high.  Steve probably has it right, a weather balloon.

I would say approx 4 seconds time of day was around 13:00hrs

See to me 4 seconds seems too long for a balloon but it is quite possible and certainly looks round enough for one.

Makes a very cool image too.
