SW100ED, M13 with the Moon up

Hi,

Despite having a very bright Moon up last night I imaged the M13, nothing special but it was my first of this cluster. I also used my SW 100ED DS Pro but with some trepidation I put the Altair Astro 0.6X FF/FR on the scope to make it an F5.4, 540 mm FL and it seems to have worked. The stars do show a bit of colour to the edge but the ED scope has coped well I think. 35 X 120s subs with 81 Flats and 101 Bias, no darks. Atik 428EXC with IDAS D1 on HEQ5 pro and guided by PHD and a 50mm guider. the guiding last night was one of the best that I have recently had and I did some 900s subs on M101 but as yet not processed. Hope that you approve. All the processing was done in Pixinsight.

Regards,

A.G

when we were talking about this i read that the propeller is quite ellusive, but i took a single 60sec frame of M13 last night, checked this morning and it was there! pretty happy :)

just did a quick stretch in PS, took 30secs tops
