Woke up early this morning despite no work today   Still gives me a fighting chance to get at the best seeing of the day. Shot 130 x 1/1600th, stacked 82. Shows up yesterdays shot rather.

Worth the early rise for sure , clouded up here now ... 5 mins after I got the last close-up ...    

There'll be a few disappointed peeps about if they had a lie in this morning ... 

Processing later as I've got absolutely nothing to eat in the house so a Tesco run will take precedent today ...

Certainly a busy disc for the Good Friday sun

I was out setting the mount up before 8 am  but Sun didn't clear the mountain and the  trees until 9:30 here so just finished capturing the data for my first Solar Ha AM mosaic...

Superb detail David.  Really shows the benfit of getting up early before the heat of the sun disturbs the seeing.
