Celestron C-90 on Jupiter

It does better than I thought it would. First time with it on any planet and was lucky enough to grab the GRS. Very nice starter lunar/planetary AP scope for the money.

Here is one I shot about an hour ago, Both of these pics had a slight cloud haze going in and out. Been like this for days now. It should probably do better with clearer skies.

Wow! Amazing results. I had to double check that the c90 was only 90mm after everything that is said about planetary imaging and aperture!

That is the one . I did make a sliding light/dew shield, and I made 2 knifedge baffles for the visual back. It has helped quite a bit with contrast.

Got my C-90, with tripod for $140.00 when it was on sale here about 8 months ago.

One of my better buys.

thats incredible ive just given my friend my c90 i loved it for visual, my first scope, i tried imaging with and didnt get any way near as close as that...amazing well done
