many thanks guys. I though it was good until I saw a few other attempts. I hope a lot more subs will improve it. I am happy enough though and it's definitely better than my DSLR attempt last year...

Very nice image.

I imaged M27 through a UHC-S filter 12 x 10 min subs and didn't get a lot more out of it using my ATIK16ic OSC.

hi yes I think I have managed to get myself going well with the camera now. My processing skills are better and the low noise in summer all make for a much more enjoyable experience. I can't wait to get a lot more subs of M27 to build up the image.

whale and hockey sticks is a target I have never attempted before. Will give it a bash also

yes it's not a bad image. I was lucky with my canon DSLR as it had such low noise compared with other 1100d's I tried.
