Everyone else is at it so I thought I might have a try as well :) Idiotic with the moon above the horizon, but I got something out of it at least :)

this is my fave galaxy, i tried imaging last night 2.5hrs worth of data only to find out to focus had slipped a tad so im not even processing it :( great detail the core color is really nice and the wisps at the end of the arms good job

It looks like a good investment Rik if only we could get a good run of clear skies for a change. Funny but this forum has become such an old familiar friend with all my astrophotography pals on here. Looks like you have really come along in leaps and bounds. I am busy running the local astronomy group which is fun but tend to do more observing then imaging at the moment. Keep up the good work Rik.
