Hi Naemeth, I have the same scope and think its great and have made a shield similar to yours.

Whats that you've fitted to the bottom of the scope, is it to replace the fitted eye piece holder ?

No, it's a separate finder scope, the part without the shoe can be found here:

Then you need a Finder Mounting Shoe (~£6), and some sticky pads which I got off eBay .
