Astroblast 2008 is a Space and Astronomy Fun Day to be held at Bedford School on Sunday 2nd November 2008. It is aimed at children, parents, teachers and anyone interested in space and astronomy. There's a great line-up of speakers, rocketry demonstrations and displays, workshops, trade stands and society displays. Entry to Astroblast is FREE but there is a small charge for Planetarium Shows that will run throughout the day. Three-course lunches can be booked in advance and there will be food and refreshments available to buy on the day. This is Astroblast's third year and it has proved to be a great day out for children of all ages from 5 to 95. Do come and join us from 10 am to 4 pm. For details see http://www.astroblast.org.uk
